Purdue University was on Saturday May 11, 2013 at 9:30 am. It was held in Elliott Hall on Purdue Campus. It was a wonderful and long program. It was the 2nd of five graduation ceremonies they held that weekend. We were combined with a few other schools so there were a lot of PhD, Masters and Bachelor degrees given that day.
President of the University Mitch Daniels (former Indiana Governor and worked with both President Ronald Reagan and President George W. Bush) gave a wonderful and funny speech and got emotional as he talked about the class of 2013 being his first of many classes to graduate from the university.
We were able to get a babysitter for the kids for the ceremony but brought the kids to campus after lunch and naps to take pictures.
